At the limit, cached answers and warranty policy keep working — only new live Ford lookups pause until a block is added or the month resets.

Prices are per dealer group and billed through Stripe. The Warranty Desk requires the dealer's own FMCDealer credentials — it runs lookups through your PTS access, not ours. Managed warranty administration is priced separately. Base fee: 2.5% of the first $150,000 of your monthly Ford warranty volume and 1.25% of everything above, never less than $2,750 a month, set from the volume in your agreement.
