Training Questions

Yes — all on-site and virtual training engagements are available right now and accepting bookings. The platform Training Center (self-paced courses inside ClaimIQ) is coming soon as part of the software platform launch.

The ClaimIQ Certified Warranty Administrator assessment covers all six course areas: Ford warranty fundamentals, 3C documentation, special claims, claim return codes and appeals, audit preparation, and ClaimIQ platform knowledge. 50 questions, 90% passing score required.

Yes. One-week on-site includes up to 6 participants. Additional participants are accommodated at $250 per person per day, arranged in advance. For groups larger than 10, contact us for a custom multi-session engagement.

A workspace with a screen and internet access, and access to your DMS and Ford dealer portal (read access only for training purposes). We handle everything else. For Day 2, we'll ask for a sample of recent ROs from your store.

Participants have two attempts included. If neither attempt reaches 90%, we'll identify the specific knowledge gaps and recommend targeted follow-up sessions. ClaimIQ Certification is a meaningful credential — we don't pass everyone automatically.

All training engagements cover both Ford and Lincoln warranty programs. We don't treat them as separate — most Ford dealers also carry Lincoln, and the documentation standards and OWS processes are the same platform.
