The Problem With Most Warranty Training
Most warranty training programs teach generic fundamentals — claim types, OWS navigation, how to fill out a form. A competent warranty admin needs to know far more than that.
They need to understand how Ford specifically thinks about documentation. What makes a Complaint field strong versus weak. Why the same op code generates denials at one store and not another. What a DAS score means and which of their submissions is driving it down.
ClaimIQ training is built around your store's actual claim return history, your actual Ford Dashboard metrics, and your actual repair orders — not a classroom curriculum written for a generic audience.
✅ On-Site Training — Available now. Taking bookings for all engagement types.
Hands-on training at your store, built around your actual claims. Your warranty admin doesn't leave to go to a class — we bring the expertise to them.
OWS system overview, warranty types and coverage periods, Dealer Assessment Score (DAS) explained, Warranty Excellence Status (Platinum Blue / Green / Red), and the 3C documentation standard.
Complaint, Cause, and Correction coaching using your store's actual repair orders. Real ROs from your claim return history — not classroom examples. Live feedback on every document.
Pre-authorization requirements, SSPN claims, goodwill requests, the STARS system, special claim types, campaigns, and recalls.
Every claim return code your store has received in the last 90 days reviewed. Appeal strategy for each. Ford audit preparation — what to have ready, what auditors look for, and how to respond.
Full ClaimIQ platform training — claim intake, 3C Coach, risk scoring, claim return tracker, appeal engine, and performance dashboard. How to read your Ford Dashboard and which metrics to focus on.
Condensed fundamentals, 3C documentation training, and ClaimIQ platform mastery. Good for remote teams or as a foundation before on-site coaching.
Full 5-day curriculum as outlined. Built around your store's actual ROs and claim return history. Up to 6 staff members included. ClaimIQ Certification for all participants who pass.
Daily claim coaching, weekly performance reviews with your service manager, every RO reviewed before OWS submission, denial coaching, and a custom documentation standards guide for your store.
Before every on-site engagement, we review your last 90 days of claims, your claim return history, and your Ford Dashboard metrics. Training day one is already customized.
We pull your last 90 days of denials and build Day 4 around your specific claim return codes and patterns.
We review your DAS score, Claim First Time Through, and all 5 metrics before we arrive.
Day 2 uses real repair orders from your store — not textbook examples. Your technicians' actual work.
Every participant who completes a ClaimIQ training engagement and passes the final assessment with a score of 90% or higher receives the ClaimIQ Certified Warranty Administrator designation.
This is a verifiable credential — not a certificate of attendance. Your dealer principal, service manager, and Ford representative can look it up at any time at claim-iq.io/training/verify.
A full Ford warranty training curriculum built into the ClaimIQ platform. Six structured courses, interactive quizzes, an AI tutor, and the ClaimIQ Certification — all available when the software platform launches.
The foundation every warranty admin needs. OWS system navigation, warranty coverage types, DAS score, Warranty Excellence Status, and the claim lifecycle from RO to payment.
The most important skill in Ford warranty administration. What makes a Complaint, Cause, and Correction strong or weak — with Ford-specific examples and live scoring.
SSPN claims, pre-authorization requirements, STARS system, Ford policy claims, goodwill requests, campaigns, recalls, and exception handling.
Every Ford claim return code categorized and explained. How to build a winning appeal for each code type. Chargeback defense and pattern recognition.
How Ford warranty audits work, what auditors look for, how to prepare your claim files, and how to respond if your store receives an audit.
Complete training on every ClaimIQ feature — DMS integration, claim intake, 3C Coach, risk scoring, claim return tracker, appeal engine, and performance dashboard.
Ask any warranty question in the context of your current lesson. The AI Tutor knows the Ford Warranty & Policy Manual, the current course material, and your dealership's claim return history.
Every lesson ends with a short quiz to reinforce the material. The final assessment is a comprehensive 50-question Ford warranty exam — 90% required to earn the ClaimIQ Certification.

Yes. One-week on-site includes up to 6 participants. Additional participants are accommodated at $250 per person per day, arranged in advance. For groups larger than 10, contact us for a custom multi-session engagement.
A workspace with a screen and internet access, and access to your DMS and Ford dealer portal (read access only for training purposes). We handle everything else. For Day 2, we'll ask for a sample of recent ROs from your store.
Participants have two attempts included. If neither attempt reaches 90%, we'll identify the specific knowledge gaps and recommend targeted follow-up sessions. ClaimIQ Certification is a meaningful credential — we don't pass everyone automatically.
No. The ClaimIQ Certified Warranty Administrator designation is a proprietary certification issued by ClaimIQ. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or issued by Ford Motor Company or Lincoln Motor Company.
All training engagements cover both Ford and Lincoln warranty programs. We don't treat them as separate — most Ford dealers also carry Lincoln, and the documentation standards and OWS processes are the same platform.
On-site training is available now and accepting bookings. Get in touch and we'll put together the right engagement for your store.
