Yes — all four services (managed warranty administration, consulting, training, and schedule cleanup) are available right now and don't require the software platform. For managed service clients, we use internal tools to deliver the service. The software platform is the self-service product for dealers who want to run their own warranty department using ClaimIQ's tools.
Yes. When the software platform launches, managed service clients will have full access included in their monthly fee — no separate software subscription required. That's part of the managed service value proposition.
Each month we pull your Ford Warranty Dashboard metrics. For each metric that improved from your established baseline, the corresponding bonus percentage applies to that month's actual paid warranty claims. The bonus is capped at $2,500/month regardless of volume. Everything is documented and tied to Ford's own data — not our interpretation.
The $500 setup fee covers account configuration, an initial audit of your current warranty state, establishing your baseline Ford Dashboard metrics, and a 90-day kickoff review. It's non-refundable except if we don't improve a single Ford Dashboard metric within 90 days — in that case we refund it and waive month 3.
Your base fee is tied to a volume tier and only changes if you permanently move into a new tier. Your performance bonus adjusts automatically each month based on actual paid claims. Slow months cost you less in bonus; strong months benefit us both.
Yes. All services cover both Ford and Lincoln warranty programs under a single engagement. We don't work with any other OEMs — exclusively Ford and Lincoln.
Managed service has a 3-month minimum commitment, then month-to-month with 30 days' written notice. Consulting and training engagements are per-project with cancellation terms in the agreement. Schedule cleanup is a one-time engagement with no ongoing commitment.
